Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit.
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during service.
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed to support smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with sanitation guidelines.
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
