Job summary

Budds' BMW Oakville is seeking a Service Lot Attendant to support our busy service department. You will greet customers, tag keys, and help keep vehicles organized in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive and park customer vehicles, monitor status, ensure wash when service is complete, and work closely with the team to move 60–80 vehicles daily. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy a structured Monday–Friday day shift, we want you.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds.
• Possess a valid driver’s license (Class G) and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a team and possess an upbeat attitude.
• Self-motivating with an excellent work ethic.
• Loves a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other employees.
• Ability to operate assigned equipment.
• Attention to detail and high quality control standards.

Responsibilities

• Being polite & professional; greeting service customers in our service lane as they arrive
• Processing vehicle check-ins, tagging keys, putting seat covers & floor mats in customer vehicles on arrival
• Carefully driving and parking customer vehicles
• Staying organized - monitoring vehicle status and ensuring vehicles are promptly washed when service work is complete
• Communication & Teamwork -- it takes a village to move 60 - 80 customer vehicles a day, and keep everything flowing smoothly from check-in to aiding with customer pick-ups.

The Lot Attendant aids in bringing to life BUDDS' BMW brand experience. This position is designed to support the needs of a thriving and busy vehicle service department. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties:

• Being polite & professional; greeting service customers in our service lane as they arrive
• Processing vehicle check-ins, tagging keys, putting seat covers & floor mats in customer vehicles on arrival
• carefully driving and parking customer vehicles
• Staying organized - monitoring vehicle status and ensuring vehicles are promptly washed (we have a carwash on-site) when service work is complete
• Communication & Teamwork -- it takes a village to move 60 - 80 customer vehicles a day, and keep everything flowing smoothly from check-in to aiding with customer pick-ups.

Successful Candidates Possess:
