Budds' Imported Cars (Jaguar Land Rover) in Oakville is seeking a Lot Attendant to maintain the cleanliness of vehicles and the lot, and to help organize and manage vehicle displays.

You will monitor damage, park cars efficiently, and assist with day-to-day operations, ensuring documentation is accurate and vehicles are ready for delivery. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively maintain the cleanliness of vehicles and lot.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the shop and surrounding areas.
• Monitor vehicles for damages and blemishes.
• Park and arrange vehicles to maximize lot efficiency.
• Change license plates as required.
• Ensure documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Keep vehicles clean and ready for delivery or display.
• Start vehicles and check for dead batteries.
• Keep inventory neat and orderly.
• Maintain a debris-free work area and delivery zones.
• Support Sales Manager with daily duties.

The Lot Attendant aids in bringing to life [company's name] brand experience. This position is responsible for working attentively in supervising, organizing and maintaining the dealership lot. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties:

• Actively maintain the cleanliness of vehicles and lot.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the shop.
• Monitor vehicles for damages and blemishes.
• Park and arrange vehicles in assigned spaces to maximize lot efficiency and space.
• Change license plates as required.
• Ensure all documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
• Keep all vehicles clean and ready for delivery or display.
• Start all vehicles, and check for dead batteries.
• Keep inventory arranged in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Keep the work area free of debris and trash from vehicles.
• Keep the delivery area free of other vehicles and debris.
• Put all supplies in order at the end of the day.
• During winter months keep doorways shoveled, sanded, and cleared.
• Other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Successful Candidates Possess:

• Ability to lift, lower, hold, and carry light to heavy loads.
• Possess a valid driver's license (Class G) and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
• Self-motivating with an excellent work ethic.
• Loves a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other employees.
