Job summary

Genesis Langley, part of Trotman Auto Group, is seeking a Lot Attendant to keep our dealership organized, vehicles ready for customers, and to support Sales and Service teams in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

You will transport, wash, and fuel vehicles, receive shipments, manage vehicle flow across the lot and showroom, and ensure displays are clean. A BC driver’s license with clean abstract and 2+ years’ driving experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Passion for vehicles and customer service.
• Reliable, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid BC Class 7N (or Class 5) driver’s license with a clean driving record and 2+ years of driving experience.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Comfortable working outdoors and standing or walking for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Transport, wash, and fuel vehicles for Sales and Service.
• Receive new vehicle shipments and report any damage; manage vehicle flow across the lot and showroom.
• Ensure the front line of vehicles, showroom displays, and showcase areas are clean and organized.
• Organize pre-owned vehicles awaiting reconditioning and ensure accessibility for Service.
• Maintain general lot cleanliness and support dealership operations as needed.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Passion for vehicles and customer service

Compensation:

$21 per hour

What Your Day Will Look Like:

• Transport, wash, and fuel new and used vehicles for both Sales and Service departments
• Receive new vehicle shipments from carriers and report any damageManage vehicle flow throughout the dealership lot, showroom, sales, and service areas
• Ensure the front line of vehicles, showroom displays, and showcase areas are clean and organized
• Organize pre‑owned vehicles awaiting reconditioning and ensure accessibility for Service
• Maintain general lot cleanliness and support dealership operations as needed
