Wal-Mart Canada Corp. is seeking an Asset Protection Associate in Guelph, ON to help create a safe, secure store environment for customers, associates, visitors and vendors.

By following Asset Protection standards, you will help prevent loss, reduce shrink, and support store profitability through awareness, observation, and teamwork. You'll conduct store security patrols, assist investigations of shrink, support emergency procedures, and communicate findings to leadership.

Qualifications

• Age 16 or older.
• License - Security Guard License.

Responsibilities

• Store Security and Loss Prevention: patrols to maintain a safe environment and verify security features.
• Investigations and Case Support: investigates shrink and reports findings to leadership.
• Emergency Response and Store Support: assists with evacuations and emergency procedures.
• Enforcement and External Apprehensions: conducts external apprehensions per policy.
• Communication and Reporting: shares information clearly with stakeholders.
