Job summary

Civeo North America is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of materials. The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include inbound logistics, order fulfillment, quality checks, and data entry using warehouse systems. A valid driver’s license and forklift experience are a plus. This is an on-site position based in Alberta.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years’ experience in warehousing.
• Certification or enrollment in a post-secondary warehousing program is preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps, data entry software, and a warehouse management system.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and deliveries.
• Unload trucks, containers, and trailers.
• Verify shipment quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Inspect received goods for damage, defects, or shortages.
• Report discrepancies or damaged materials.
• Label and identify incoming inventory.
• Put away stock into designated storage locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts.
• Pick customer orders accurately from storage locations.
• Pack and ship orders; prepare labels and shipping docs.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Assist with safety checks and keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Enter inventory transactions into warehouse systems and maintain records.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support operations.
