Descrizione del lavoro

Cosentino is seeking an Operations Manager in Rosser, MB to lead warehouse operations, oversee shipping/receiving, and manage inventory and safety programs. You will coordinate documentation, schedules, and SAP-based processes while supervising warehouse staff and drivers in a multinational, growth-focused environment.

The role requires 3+ years in logistics with people leadership and a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.

Competenze

3+ years of operational and people management experience in logistics.
1+ inventory management experience.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
SAP experience.
Knowledge of building materials market.

Mansioni

Logistics: prepare documentation for loading/unloading trucks and containers; organize daily delivery schedule with route planning; other duties as assigned.
Quality and Safety Control: review incoming/outgoing products for damage; follow SOPs and Job Safety Analysis; maintain a safe working area with Health and Safety processes.
Administration: assist with system order entry; manage inventory; enter orders into SAP; interact with customers; move products within warehouse.
