The role requires 3+ years in warehouse/logistics, strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and operate a forklift. We offer a benefits package and a stable, team-based work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or inventory management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, staging, shipping, and inventory control.
• Plan purchases and projections to maintain inventory levels.
• Coordinate shipments with drivers, carriers, and third-party providers.
• Optimize warehouse processes to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with policies, health & safety requirements, and regulations.
• Oversee order fulfillment to ensure 100% accuracy and timely shipments.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement improvements to increase productivity.
• Maintain cross-department communication for efficient workflow.
• Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team.

Logistics & Warehouse Manager

Taber/Vauxhall, AB

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Daily Warehouse Operations including Receiving, Storage, Picking, Staging, Shipping, and Inventory Control
• Daily Planning of Purchase Orders and Projections to Ensure appropriate Inventory Levels are Maintained
• Coordinate Shipments including Drivers, Carriers, and third-party Providers
• Optimize Warehouse, Storage, Product Flow, and Material Handling Processes to Maximize Efficiency
• Maintain Compliance with Company Policies, Health & Safety Requirements, Reporting, and all applicable Regulations
• Oversee Order Fulfillment to ensure 100% Accuracy and on-time Shipment of all Orders
• Investigate Anomalies and Resolve Discrepancies, Errors, and Operational Issues while Identifying and Implementing Improvements to Increase Productivity and Efficiency
• Maintain Communication with other Departments to ensure Efficiency and Workflow
• Lead, Coach, and Develop the Warehouse Team while Maintaining a Positive and Accountable Work Environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 Years Experience of Warehouse, Logistics, Distribution, or Inventory Management Experience
• Excellent Leadership Skills and People Management Skills
