Job summary

Ralliant is hiring for a Logistics & Warehouse Associate in Mississauga, Ontario. The role involves receiving, inspecting, and stocking goods, performing cycle counts, and preparing production orders for shipping.

You will work with Oracle ERP to ensure accurate documentation and smooth shipping operations. The ideal candidate holds a college diploma or certificate in supply chain and has experience in warehouse receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• College diploma or certificate in a supply chain field is required/strongly preferred.
• Experience with warehouse receiving, inventory, and shipping processes is expected.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP is beneficial and advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods and inspect for damage.
• Validate quantities against packing slips in Oracle ERP.
• Replenish and distribute inventory to production areas.
• Perform cycle counts as needed and assist with RMA handling.
• Prepare orders for shipping with accurate labeling and documentation.
• Interface with ERP to complete shipping activities and update records.

Your Impact

Main duties are receiving and sorting incoming goods. Performs receiving duties related to incoming goods, supplier non-conformances, inspection, inventory, & stocking inventory bins. Receiving Return Material Authorizations (RMA's). Manually packing, label and ensure documentation is correct for all orders to be shipped. Prepares all production orders for shipping, consolidates order components, and matches materials to order requirements

Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Receive goods by inspecting the packages for any sign of damage.
• Validate/Count received goods against packing slips & enter quantities in Oracle ERP system
• Replenish and distribute received inventory to appropriate production locations.
• Perform Cycle counts of material at inventory locations when required.
• Follow supplier non-conformance processes for any issues when receiving material
• Receive Return Materials Authorizations (RMA's) & Rentals in Oracle ERP system
• Tag RMA/Rental shipments and deliver goods to designated department.
• Recording any waybill information that may be needed for collect shipments
• Manually pack, label, and ensure documentation is correct for all orders to be shipped.
• Match paperwork to materials, & review orders for completeness & accuracy.
• Facilitate rush orders and notify Shipping Coordinator of any major problems.
• Complete all necessary activities (packing / labeling) to ensure that orders are assembled, packed, and labeled to meet customer shipping requirements.
• Interface with Oracle ERP System to complete all shipping processes.
• Manage/Order Packaging Material when required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills

• Required: - Manufacturing, Warehouse, Shipping / Receiving knowledge
• Required: - Some Microsoft Office & Adobe Software Experience
• Preferred: - Domestic & international shipping experience. Oracle Experience
