Logistics Supervisor
We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Edmonton, AB!
The Supervisor of Logistics for Dyna-Flo is responsible for leading the daily operations for a team of both material handlers and logistics technicians to ensure the efficient and effective movement of goods, products, and services in support of delivery control valves to our customers.
Location: Edmonton, AB.
Salary Range : $85,000 - $90,000

Supervises the daily operations for a team of material handlers & logistics technicians to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations. Fosters a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the team. Develops and implements performance metrics to measure team performance and make data-driven decisions. (20%)
Plans, coordinates, and executes the movement of goods, products, and services. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, procurement, and operations to ensure alignment and effective communication. (20%)
Analyzes logistics processes and identifies opportunities for improvement. Makes recommendations for process improvements. Implements process changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborates with stakeholders to implement changes and monitor results. (20%)
Identifies and mitigates logistics-related risks, including supply chain disruptions and compliance issues. (20%)
Communicates logistics plans, changes, and updates to stakeholders, including operations, supply chain, and management. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of logistics operations. (20%)
5–7 years of logistics or warehouse experience
Supervisor experience or shift leading preferred
A degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in logistics management systems such as transportation management systems and warehouse management systems.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
