Job summary

Danone Canada is seeking a Logistics Performance Manager to drive continuous improvement across our Canadian logistics network, including warehousing, distribution, and transportation. You will design KPI dashboards, lead end-to-end optimization projects, and partner with Quality, Planning, Customer Service, and Strategy to deliver measurable results.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong analytical skills, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Relevant experience in logistics, preferably within the food industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement across Canada’s logistics operations, including distribution, warehousing, and transportation.
• Design, automate, and maintain decision-support tools for performance management.
• Lead productivity improvement and technology modernization projects from scoping to benefits realization.
• Develop business cases to support strategic investments and adoption of best practices.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to shape the logistics network’s evolution.
