Job summary

Danone Canada is seeking a Customer Solutions Analyst to strengthen customer supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement. Reporting to the Customer Solutions Senior Manager, you will use data, collaboration, and problem-solving to deliver an outstanding customer experience and support business growth.

You will monitor performance indicators, build strong relationships with replenishment, logistics and sales teams, and leverage dashboards to provide actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer supply chain, logistics, operations, customer service, or account management.
• Experience working with SAP in an Order-to-Cash environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across functions and with external customers.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and supply chain reporting tools.
• Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve key supply chain performance indicators such as product availability, service levels, inventory health, forecast accuracy, and delivery performance through actionable improvement plans.
• Build strong working relationships with customer replenishment, logistics, inventory, warehouse, and merchandising teams to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Leverage data, reporting tools, and dashboards to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and provide recommendations that support business decisions.
• Lead the investigation and resolution of service challenges, inventory issues, forecast variances, and supply chain constraints while implementing corrective actions.
• Partner closely with Sales, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain teams to support promotions, product launches, operational efficiencies, and customer growth initiatives.
