Job summary

Astra-North Infoteck Inc. is seeking a Junior Technology Logistics Support Associate to provide day-to-day IT support for equipment and systems in our logistics environment. You will be the first contact for DC and FC associates, log and resolve incidents, and coordinate with global teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical support for IT equipment and systems within the logistics environment.
Serve as first point of contact for DC/FC associates needing IT assistance.
Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve Level 1–2 incidents and service requests.
Escalate complex issues to global support teams when required.
Support Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments.
Assist with installation, configuration, and deployment of new tech systems.
Monitor data center alarms and coordinate maintenance with vendors and global teams.
Support network connectivity including Wi-Fi and VDI environments.
Maintain technology asset inventory and lifecycle activities.
Act as liaison between operations and technology support groups to ensure timely resolution.
Support planned outages, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
