Job summary

SPS West is a growing Western Canadian industrial solutions company seeking a Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to join our Calgary operations. The role oversees receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of materials in a fast-paced industrial setting, with emphasis on inventory integrity and domestic, cross-border, and international transportation.

You will combine hands-on warehouse experience with strong ERP/WMS, freight, and documentation skills, taking ownership of accuracy,

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control within industrial manufacturing or distribution.
Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and trade documentation.
Proficiency with cross-border shipping and Incoterms.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Safety-conscious with forklift experience.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials against orders and docs.
Coordinate pickups/deliveries using multiple transport modes.
Maintain inventory accuracy in ERP/WMS and conduct cycle counts.
Prepare shipping documents for domestic, cross-border, and international shipments.
Identify and resolve discrepancies and optimize material flow.
Ensure compliance with 5S and safety procedures.
