Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in London, Ontario is seeking an Administrative Services associate to support department staff. You will handle billing, reporting, data entry, and general office duties while maintaining accuracy and timely communications.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED (related field preferred), strong communication, teamwork, multitasking and time management. Weekend/shift patterns apply (Fri–Sun nights), with full-time, permanent employment and a comprehensive benefits

  • Plan and prepare work schedules and keep records of employee's work schedules and time cards.
  • Coordinate customer physical inventory and resolve inventory issues.
  • Develop new account setups for WMS, test for accuracy and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Responsible for hiring, training and performance management of direct report.
  • Manage and coordinate staff meetings, training and company functions.

Shifts: Weekend shift: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7pm-7am(12hour shift) Night shift 12am-8am Monday-Friday
Must be flexible to do weekend, morning or afternoon

Summary

EDUCATION

Compensation Information

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.

Compensation ranges for the position are below
