Role: Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer shipment files from booking until closing
  2. Coordinate with vendors (customs, transport/shipping companies, airlines) for shipments
  3. Manage transportation documentation (customs, import/export, bills of lading, invoices)
  4. Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure timely shipments
  5. Update clients and provide shipment status reports
  6. Address customer inquiries via phone and email
  7. Invoice clients upon shipment execution

Qualifications:

  • Customer service or client-facing experience
  • Strong verbal and written English skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (spreadsheets, formulas)
  • Experience with customer service via phone/email (asset)
  • Experience creating/processing invoices (asset)
  • Logistics or freight-forwarding experience (plus, not required)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (asset)
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma
  • Ability to pass criminal background check
