Job summary

Edge Transportation is expanding its Saskatoon operations and seeks an organized Logistics Coordinator to join the team. This computer-focused role supports daily freight movements, coordinates with drivers and customers, and maintains accurate data in transportation systems.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year in logistics, strong data-entry, and excellent communication. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule, on-site parking, and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in transportation, logistics, or a similar coordination role.
• Experience with TMW would be an asset.
• Strong computer and data-entry accuracy.
• Knowledge of Canadian transportation practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage a high-volume of emails and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain shipment and customer data in TMW.
• Handle high-volume data-entry accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor loads and update shipment information.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery with drivers and customers.
• Prepare shipping documents and load information.
• Provide shipment updates to customers.
• Maintain organized electronic records.
• Support Operations and Dispatch with daily admin tasks.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify missing or incorrect information and follow up.
