The Opportunity

Olympic Industries is excited to offer a highly motivated and passionate individual the opportunity to join our growth-oriented team as a Logistics Coordinator!

As a Logistics Coordinator at Olympic Industries, you’ll play a key role in supporting our logistics team to ensure the efficient and timely movement of freight across North America. You’ll gain hands-on experience negotiating freight rates, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with Traders to recommend optimal transportation solutions. This full-time role offers the opportunity to deepen your logistics expertise, build strong industry relationships, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our transportation processes.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual who is eager to build a long-term career in logistics and supply chain. To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate the following:

• A degree or diploma in business, finance, international trade, logistics, or a related field — or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in competitive sports or other high-performance environments is considered an asset.
