Job summary

IMT Group in Calgary, Alberta, is seeking a transportation coordinator to oversee inbound (materials) and outbound (finished goods) shipments, ensuring deliveries meet customer demand and comply with policies.

You will trace, track, and expedite purchase processes, liaise with vendors and third-party logistics providers, audit freight costs and documentation, and assist customers with inquiries while maintaining safety procedures and regulatory compliance.

• Follow up with freight companies as needed for safety or policy issues.
• Coordinate with border agencies, duties, tariffs, and shipment compliance.
