Trail Appliances is seeking a Logistics Administrator to support invoicing, delivery paperwork, and product transfers across multiple BC locations. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

The position emphasizes collaboration with internal teams, strong communication, and readiness to handle weekend shifts, with a starting wage of $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous logistics or administrative experience is an asset.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and processing delivery paperwork, including verifying customer payments and entering serial numbers for product during invoicing.
• Completing exchanges by creating credit notes and transferring product within the warehouse.
• Tracking product movement both within and between warehouse locations.
• Assisting warehouse with customer pickups by preparing paperwork and invoicing sales orders upon completion.
• Checking that returns or exchanges from the previous day’s deliveries has been received into the warehouse.
