Job summary

ICE is seeking a Logistics Administrator to support the Product Genius team. You will manage diaries, coordinate customer demonstrations, training sessions, and machine deliveries and collections, ensuring smooth operations and a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

  • Previous administration experience.
  • GCSEs (Maths and English) completed.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills (phone & email).
  • A customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to stay organised in a busy environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and optimising the diaries and schedules of the Product Genius team.
  • Coordinating customer demonstrations, training sessions, and machine deliveries/collections.
  • Monitoring daily schedules to support timely service delivery under SLAs.
  • First point of contact for customer enquiries with a professional, responsive experience.
  • Conducting monthly customer satisfaction surveys and audits for improvements.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records in internal systems.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and operations.
  • Providing general admin support including calls and parking coordination.
  • Organising permits, documentation, and other logistics.
  • Monitoring and achieving daily KPIs for customer satisfaction and performance.

As a Logistics Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Product Genius team. Acting as the central coordination point, you will manage schedules, organise customer demonstrations, training sessions, and machine deliveries and collections, ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and colleagues.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing and optimising the diaries and schedules of the Product Genius team to maximise efficiency and service delivery.
  • Coordinating customer demonstrations, training sessions, and machine deliveries and collections, ensuring all activities are planned and executed effectively.
  • Monitoring daily schedules and support the timely delivery of services in line with customer service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, delivering a professional, responsive, and high-quality customer experience.
  • Conducting monthly customer satisfaction surveys and audits, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and ensure all data is entered and updated correctly within internal systems.
  • Working collaboratively with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and operational excellence.
  • Providing general administrative support, including arranging calls, coordinating parking requirements, and supporting departmental activities.
  • Organising permits, documentation, and other logistical requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company procedures.
  • Monitoring and achieving daily KPIs, contributing to exceptional customer satisfaction and operational performance.
