Job summary

Sutco Transportation seeks a motivated 3PL Logistics Broker to source and manage freight with carriers, negotiate rates, and expand a personal carrier network.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn to negotiate rates and manage carrier relationships.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Self-motivated with strong ownership.
• Existing knowledge of carrier network in Western Canada.
• Experience moving loads or working in the industry.
• Knowledge of Western Canadian transportation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Learn to source, secure, and manage freight with reliable carriers.
• Negotiate competitive rates while maintaining service quality.
• Track and trace shipments, resolving issues proactively.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Grow and manage a personal carrier network.
