Job summary

TF Energy Solutions is seeking a Logistic Coordinator to manage end-to-end dispatch tasks. You will enter orders into Truckmate, build manifests, dispatch drivers, and follow through to billing with POD confirmation.

You will communicate with drivers and customers, dispatch deliveries, and preplan freight for returns. Two years in trucking and knowledge of US/Canada shipping regs are required, with a team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in the trucking transport industry.
• Knowledge of Canadian and US shipping regulations.
• Deck/LTL experience is a plus.
• Oil & Gas tubular pipe (OCTG) movements experience preferred.
• Strong customer relationship skills and team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders into Dispatch system Truckmate and build a manifest.
• Dispatch drivers and manage prebilling until POD is in system.
• Maintain constant communication with drivers and customers.
• Preplan freight for return trips and optimize routes.

We are hiring and looking for a Logistic Coordinator to join our growing team today. Must have minimum 2 years experience in the trucking transport industry.

Job Responsibilities

As the Logistic Coordinator you are responsible from the beginning of the process to the end. Entering the orders into our dispatch system Truckmate and building a manifest, dispatching the driver, following up until the POD is in the system and the order is ready for billing. To do this you are in constant communication with drivers as well as our customers. You will be responsible for dispatching deliveries, and preplanning freight for return trips.

Qualifications

• Experience in the transportation field with 2 years minimum experience required
• Experience and knowledge of Canadian and US shipping regulations and practices
• Deck experience along with LTL shipping knowledge is considered is required
• Oil & Gas industry experience, including tubular pipe (OCTG) movements is required
• This position requires an individual who is adaptable; self-motivated, result driven and a team player
• Successful building and maintaining strong customer relationships
