TF Energy Solutions in Canada is seeking a Logistic Coordinator to join our growing team. You will manage the end-to-end dispatch process, communicating with drivers and customers to ensure timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years' experience in trucking, knowledge of Truckmate, and a focus on accuracy, safety, and customer service. We offer a supportive environment and valuable benefits.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience in trucking/transport industry.
• Experience with Canadian and US shipping regulations.
• Knowledge of LTL, flat deck and heavy haul operations.
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Enter orders into dispatch system Truckmate and build manifests.
• Dispatch drivers and monitor progress until POD is entered for billing.
• Maintain ongoing communication with drivers and customers.
• Preplan freight for return trips and dispatch deliveries.

WE ARE HIRINGand looking for a Logistic Coordinator to join our growing teamTODAY. Must have minimum 2 year's experience in the trucking transport industry.

Job Responsibilities:

As the Logistic Coordinator you are responsible from the beginning of the process to the end. Entering the orders into our dispatch system Truckmate and building a manifest, dispatching the driver, following up until the POD is in the system and the order is ready for billing. To do this you are in constant communication with drivers as well as our customers. You will be responsible for dispatching deliveries, and preplanning freight for return trips.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the transportation field with 2yearsminimum experience required
• Experience and knowledge of Canadian and USshipping regulations and practices
• Deckexperience along with LTL shipping knowledge is considered is required
• Oil & Gas industry experience, including tubular pipe (OCTG) movements is required
• This position requires an individual who is adaptable; self-motivated, result driven and a team player
• Successful building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• An expert at multi-tasking and effectively managing changing priorities
• High level of detail in performing tasksProactive, able to identify early on any potential issues, and to implement solutions
• Experience in Dispatch Systems Truckmateis considered an asset
