Job summary

Airbus Canada Limited Partnership seeks a Lofting & Masterlines Professional to join the Mirabel engineering team. You will help define and design aerodynamic shapes for the A220 family, working across departments to support production ramp-up and system integration.

You'll apply CAD surface techniques, ensure traceability in configuration management, and collaborate with aerodynamics specialists to innovate and improve aircraft performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical engineering with aerospace experience.
• Experience with ENOVIA and CATIA.
• Knowledge of aerodynamics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with aerodynamics specialists to optimize aircraft component shapes and ensure conformity with production processes.
• Establish best design practices for CAD methodologies, including surface generation techniques (lofting).
• Ensure deployment and traceability of aerodynamic shapes within Airbus configuration management tools (masterlines).
• Provide geometric references and technical drawings to other Airbus departments.
