WHAT’S THE JOB?
Based at a world-class Horizon North camp facility, the position involves a 20 days on / 10 days off schedule, with 12-hour shifts. Transportation is provided from a designated pickup point to the site.

Job Description
As a Lodge Manager, you will oversee daily lodge operations, bringing your operational, leadership, and customer service expertise to develop a high-performing team. This role is safety-sensitive and requires drug, alcohol, and fitness-to-work testing as a condition of employment.

Your Work Will Include

• Ensuring high client and guest satisfaction through quality hospitality services
• Maintaining Horizon North standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety programs
• Supporting hiring and performance management in collaboration with HR and the Lodge Manager
• Providing analysis for revenue forecasts and budgets
• Creating staff schedules aligned with client forecasts and revenue goals
• Ensuring profitability through budget adherence
• Delegating tasks to support lodge operations
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive hospitality management experience
• Post-secondary education in business, hospitality, or related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hospitality management software
• Ability to analyze revenue reports, forecast, and schedule effectively
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
