Job summary

Bureau de la sécurité privée in Montreal (Lachine area) seeks a motivated in-house locksmith to join our keying department. You must hold a BSP license and be able to work independently to design master key systems and duplicate keys.

Responsibilities include engraving, drilling, and assembling various locks, plus providing technical support to the sales team. Bilingual French/English required and a Secondary V diploma is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Secondary V) completed.
• 1+ year locksmithing experience.
• Bilingual in French and English preferred.

Located in Lachine, we are seeking a motivated locksmith with a valid BSP (Bureau de la sécurité privée) license and the ability to work independently to fill an in-house position within our keying department.

Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate must be able to: Design and create master key systems.
• Duplicate keys.
• Engrave, drill, and assemble various types of locks and padlocks.
• Provide technical support to the sales department.

Requirements:

• High school diploma (Secondary V) completed.
• One year or more of locksmithing experience.
• Experience with high-security locking systems is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of key management/keying software.
• Strong organizational skills.

• Have strong mechanical aptitude.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
• Be able to prioritize workload effectively.

Required:

• Certification Valid BSP Locksmith License.

Languages:
