Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart in Calgary is seeking a retail associate to support merchandising, receiving and customer service functions in a busy store. You will maintain backroom organization, process deliveries, and ensure displays are attractive and easy to shop.

You'll use PDT and MMS systems, assist customers in the aisles, and uphold health, safety and loss-prevention policies while providing friendly service to the community.

Qualifications

• Cash responsibilities require accuracy and efficiency in processing the customer order.

Responsibilities

• Organize backroom product and follow BIMI processes.
• Uses PDT and MMS systems to perform daily tasks.
• Manage exit strategy and product returns as directed.
• Expert in assigned areas of product inventory, placement and expiry dates.
• Maintain store image and ensure displays are consumer‑focused and shoppable.
• Receive merchandise and keep backroom neat and organized.
• Assist with documentation for receiving and returns and support management.
