Job summary

Contrans Vrac is seeking an experienced Local (hybrid) Class 1 flatbed driver to join our team in Quebec. The role involves staying in a bunk truck 1–2 nights per week and returning home at night other days.

Applicants should have at least one year of verifiable Class 1 flatbed experience and be prepared for local Quebec work with occasional Ottawa-area trips. The position offers a NEW PAY RATE of $30/hour with a $2/hour bonus for night shifts, along with paid orientation and steady year-round

Qualifications

• One year of verifiable Class 1 flatbed experience required.
• Based in the Saint-Germain-de-Grantham area with home at night except 1–2 nights in truck.

Responsibilities

• Drive local flatbed routes within Quebec with occasional trips to the Ottawa area.
• Maintain bunk truck and ensure safety and compliance during local and occasional longer trips.

We are currently searching for experienced flatbed class 1 drivers based in the Saint-Germain-de-Grantham area. These drivers would be sleeping in the truck just 1-2 nights per week, and would be home at night otherwise. We are looking for one year of verifiable class 1 flatbed experience.
