Job summary

Hans Demolition & Excavation Ltd in Surrey, BC is hiring a permanent full-time truck driver. You will load and unload goods, operate straight or articulated trucks, and monitor vehicle safety at all times.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. You must work at the physical location with no remote option; eligibility to work in Canada is required. Starting asap with 35–40 hours per week at 38.75 CAD per hour.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation required.
• No experience required; training provided.
• Work must be completed at the physical location; no remote work.
• Canadian work authorization required (permanent resident or valid permit).

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods.
• Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks.
• Inspect vehicle condition including tires, lights and brakes.
• Perform brake adjustments.
• Perform emergency roadside repairs.
• Tarp and secure cargo; conduct pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspections.
