ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Consultant in Loan Solutions, you will support customers and prospective customers on the phone and in person to provide the best-in-class service. You will also be responsible for:

• Gathering loan information
• Selling our loan and protection products
• Closing loans virtually and in person
• Following up on past due customer accounts
• Cash controls including taking payments
• Committing to your personal training and development to support our mission to deliver the best borrowing experience to earn our customers’ trust and loyalty.

WHAT WE REQUIRE:

• Authorized to work in Canada
• High-school diploma or the equivalent is an asset
• Great communication skills
