Job summary

Fairstone is seeking a full-time sales associate in Gander, NL, to promote loan and protection products in a fast-paced, sales-driven setting. You will understand customer needs to tailor financial solutions, manage the full sales process from application to closing, and build lasting relationships through excellent service.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a customer-first mindset focused on delivering value.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset)
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets

Expected base hourly rate of $21.13 , plus the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly bonuses tied to performance-your success drives your earnings.
