Job summary

Park Paving Ltd. is seeking a Loader / Utility Operator to join our Underground Division for the 2026 season. This full-time seasonal role offers competitive wages and benefits in Edmonton.

The successful candidate will operate loaders and other heavy equipment, perform general labour tasks, assist in maintenance and repair of equipment, and follow all safety procedures. A valid driver’s license and teamwork are essential for success.

Park Paving Ltd. has been locally owned and operated for over 50 years as one of the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton, and we are looking for a LOADER / UTILITY OPERATOR to join ourUNDERGROUND DIVISION for the 2026 season. This position is a full -time seasonal role and offers competitive wage with benefits.

The successful candidate will perform tasks such as:

• Operation of loaders, excavators, and other heavy equipment
• Performing general labour tasks such as shoveling, sweeping, and cleaning up job sites
• Assisting in the maintenance and repair of equipment

Pay Scale: $26 - $36 per hour based on experience

Successful candidate will thrive in a physically demanding, highly productive, and high-pressure environment. They will also possess a valid driver’s license and have a strong drive to contribute to the team's success by working with operators and other crew members to perform a wide range of duties. Successful candidates will also be able to maintain a safety-minded and high accountability work culture while working with their direct supervisors, and other employees while maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
