Job summary

RROX Aggregates Ltd., an affiliate of Park Paving Ltd., is hiring an experienced front-end loader operator for the 2026 construction season at our Cloverbar location in Edmonton.

Key duties include operating a front end loader, loading materials onto trucks, maintaining haul roads and stockpiles, and assisting with other labour tasks in aggregate production. Applicants must have loader experience and a valid Class 5 license, and be able to work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a loader.
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Must pass medical/fitness exam if required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front end loader to move materials.
• Load materials onto trucks with bucket scales.
• Maintain haul roads and stockpiles.
• Load aggregate bins and move conveyors as needed.
• Assist with other labour duties in aggregate production.

Job description

RROX Aggregates Ltd. (an affiliate of Park Paving Ltd.) Is looking to hire anEXPERIENCED FRONT-END LOADER OPERATOR for the remainder of the 2026 Construction Season at our Cloverbar location in Edmonton.

The primary duties of these positions will include but are not limited to:

• Operating a front end loader.
• Loading materials onto highway configured trucks, with bucket scales.
• Maintaining haul roads.
• Loading aggregate bins.
• Maintaining stockpiles.
• Moving conveyors.

Any general labour activity required by the operation such as shoveling, cleaning of equipment, assist with setting up conveyors, crushing equipment, washing equipment, and screening equipment and other labour activities associated with the production of high quality washed aggregates, and/or crushed materials.

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating a loader
• Valid Class 5 Driver's license
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions
