Now Hiring: EXPERIENCED LOADER OPERATOR

The ideal candidate is a local to the Timmins area and is an experienced heavy equipment operator who can perform general labor jobs when required.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment to complete various tasks supporting construction projects
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain equipment
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report issues before use
• Report repair issues or hazards immediately
• Secure attachments to equipment as needed
• Assist with general labor duties to support construction projects
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
• Complete daily paperwork detailing hours and hazards
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Comply with local health and safety laws and regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment
• Physically fit with strong stamina
• Ability to follow safe working procedures
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Speak, read, and write English fluently
