What we’re looking for:

The Loader Operator is responsible for transporting RVs to and from the wash bay, technician bays, and demo row. This role also includes maintaining the lot and ensuring it remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Occasional Saturday shifts are required.

Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent

Reports to: Service & Maintenance Managers

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Move all units to and from tech bays and the wash bays in a timely manner.
• Hookup and unhook customer units.
• Deliver units to sublet shops (using loader or truck).
• Organize sales and customer units on the lot and put slides out.
• Move sales and customer units from the front of the store as they arrive, put names on customer drop-offs.
• Put storage units away.
• Move units to Demo row.
• Move units for mowing & snow removal.
• Report all property and unit damage immediately.
• Handle units with care, raising & lowering gently to reduce the risk of possible damage.
• Use caution when traveling on lot to reduce risk of accident with customers or staff. Watch your speed!
• Unload freight & move tin crates for the Parts department.
• Keep radio contact at all times.
• Keep lot clean and tidy.
• Maintain visual coverage of lot and report necessary information.
• During the winter months, keep snow removed as needed by using the CAT loader and Versatile tractor.
• Mow the grass on the sales lot during the summer months.
• Keep loader clean at all times.
• Maintain loader and arrange service work with in-house mechanic.

Core Competencies and Qualifications:

• Previous Loader Operator experience (one year preferred)
• Previous Front-End Loader training (preferred)
• Valid Driver's License
• Accountability & dependability
• Time Management & organizational skills
• Ability to work both individually & as part of a team
