Job summary

Woodfibre LNG is seeking an Operations Technician S&L to join the project site team in Squamish, BC. You will support safe production, monitor plant status, and ensure readiness for Start-Up and operation during the life cycle of the facility.

The role requires 2–3 years in industrial operations, a 4th Class Power Engineering certificate, and the ability to work with multiple departments while maintaining HSE standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate required.
• Experience in operations of industrial, storage and loading facilities beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own safety and production responsibilities during shift.
• Maintain knowledge of plant status via logbooks and communications.
• Follow safety and operating procedures and standing orders.
• Support ORA readiness for Start-Up and operation.
• Interface with HSSE and technical services for compliance and improvements.
• Assist in developing checklists and routines for plant equipment.
