Woodfibre Management Ltd. is seeking an Operations Shift Trainer for the Woodfibre LNG Project located near Squamish, BC. The role supports the Operations Readiness Assurance phase and becomes part of the on‑shift leadership team to sustain LNG production.

You will mentor technicians, develop training materials, and participate in incident investigations while ensuring compliance with HSE policies and procedures.

Formación

• Minimum 5-10 years of LNG operations experience, as well as experience in Oil & Gas Production Facilities.
• Assessor Certified will take preference.
• Previous experience as a trainer of employees.
• ICS Certification and Emergency Response experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and certify Operations Technicians to operate in their areas of competence.
• Train and develop plans for all shift personnel and report progress and corrective actions.
• Deliver training (classroom, field, modules) to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support ORA core team and competency assessment system.
• Develop LNG competency standards and performance expectations.
