Job summary

The Woodfibre LNG Project seeks a Materials & Logistics Coordinator to coordinate procurement execution, materials logistics, and supply chain activities for safe and reliable site operations. The role interfaces with Maintenance, Operations, Projects, Procurement, Warehouse, and external suppliers to ensure materials, equipment, and services are available as required.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, duties include supporting operational readiness, maintenance execution, and Turnaround

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering Technology, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of procurement, materials management, logistics, or supply chain experience in oil & gas, LNG, mining, or heavy industry.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP (Hanna) or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities for operational materials, spare parts and services.
• Support procurement and SCM processes including purchase requisitions and orders.
• Develop supply chain strategies, standards, procedures, and governance.
• Track critical and long-lead materials to ensure availability.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics including marine, trucking, and freight services.
• Support warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, storage, and issuing.
