Job summary

The Woodfibre LNG Project in Squamish, BC is seeking a Materials & Logistics Coordinator to coordinate procurement execution, materials logistics, and supply chain activities for safe, reliable site operations.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will interface with Maintenance, Operations, Projects, Procurement, Warehouse, and suppliers to ensure materials, equipment and services are available when required, including Turnarounds.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering Technology, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, materials management, logistics, or supply chain within oil & gas, LNG, mining, or heavy industry.
• 5+ years’ Experience with SAP (Hanna) or similar ERP systems.
• Proficient in Navisworks, Aconex, Share Point, Borealis, Autocad is an asset.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, contractors, and logistics providers.
• Experience supporting maintenance activities, projects, or Turnarounds.
• Knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, and transportation processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities for operational materials, spare parts, consumables, and services.
• Support procurement & SCM processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, expediting, and supplier communication.
• Support development and implementation of Procurement & Logistics operating model for operations readiness and asset reliability.
• Support supply chain strategies, standards, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Track critical and long-lead materials for maintenance and operations.
