Job summary

You will manage Cornerstone LMS, build Power BI dashboards, and partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable learning experiences. Ideal candidates have post-secondary education, 3–5 years in learning systems or analytics, strong Excel and reporting skills, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team focused on

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and optimize the LMS (Cornerstone) for learning delivery.
• Provide LMS training and support for administrators, managers, and users.
• Develop and deliver Power BI dashboards to communicate learning metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business and learner needs.
• Audit learning data for accuracy and consistency.
• Support reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
