Qualifications

Job description

Other qualifying skills and/or abilities:

Must be a student currently enrolled in the Graduate Program of Sound Recording of the SSM or, with approval of Sound Recording Area Coordinator, be enrolled in the Qualifying Year of the Sound Recording program at the SSM. Must have full knowledge of the SSM venues (internal and external) and the associated audio and video equipment including digital audio workstation software. Knowledge of standard stereo microphone techniques; be client-focused, pro-active and professional. Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others (artists, faculty, external clients). Must be able to work under strict timelines. Ability to communicate effectively in English written and spoken.
