• Support customers in emergencies and inform manager when needed.
• Place merchandise daily to ensure accessibility for shoppers.
• Handle and prepare live seafood products.
• Wrap, package, and label products.
• Stock and maintain the live seafood display.
• Perform stock rotation.
• Process customer orders and special requests.
• Order and receive stock per inventory procedures.
• Keep a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow company standards.
• Comply with Food Safety Protocols, SOPs and Health & Safety.
• Participate in training of junior staff.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment as per Company requirements.
• Comply and implement all applicable company standards.
• Comply with all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, company policies, and other programs and initiatives.
• Participate in the training of junior staff.
