Independent Grocers Alliance is seeking a fish and seafood specialist to join our team in Sherbrooke. You will handle receiving and stocking duties, while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

The role emphasizes training opportunities, teamwork, and career development. Flexible day and evening shifts are available, with 32–40 hours per week and a supportive, family-like workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as a fish and seafood specialist is preferred.
• Willing to participate in training courses to develop skills.
• Able to work day and evening shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock merchandise according to established standards and participate in all department tasks.
• Provide exceptional, courteous and efficient customer service at all times.
• Use equipment and supplies in a safe and efficient manner.
• Promote sales by suggesting complementary and/or alternative products to customers.
