Strides Toronto is seeking Live-In Treatment Child and Youth Practitioners for the CREST program in Toronto. The role provides 24/7 supervision and care for female-identified survivors aged 12-17, delivering assessments and therapeutic activities in a live-in setting.
The position is part-time/permanent or casual, requiring a CYW/CYC diploma and at least one year of relevant experience. Commitment to trauma-informed, inclusive care and strong boundaries is essential.

The Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) is currently providing a shift premium of $3.00 per hour in addition to the regular pay for this role. Please note that this premium is not guaranteed. Strides Toronto will continue to offer the premium only while MCCSS funding remains in place.

This is an existing vacancy for one (1) part-time permanent, one(1) part-time contract, and three(3) casual Live-In Treatment Child and Youth Practitioners for the Community Response to Exploitation and Sex Trafficking (CREST) Live-In Treatment (LIT) program. The Live-In Treatment Child and Youth Practitioner, CREST live-in treatment program facilitates and delivers assessments, therapeutic treatment and programming, and discharge support for female identified survivors of sex trafficking and/or sexual exploitation ages 12-17. The CREST live-in treatment program environment provides supervision, support and care of children/ youth 24 hours/ day, 365 days/ year.
