Job summary

Next Youth Job is seeking a dedicated Home Child Care Provider for Arasteh’s Family in North York, Ontario. The role is full-time, year-round, and involves caring for children, preparing meals, and supporting daily routines in the family’s home.

You will sterilize bottles, supervise meals and activities, ensure safety, and help with personal hygiene. A secondary school diploma or equivalent experience is required; experience is an asset.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• Experience in child care is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Sterilize bottles and prepare formulas.
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• Bathe, dress and feed infants and children.
• Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.
• Organize activities such as games and outings for children.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
• Care for infants and children during rest periods.
• Take children to and from school and appointments.
