Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience as a Legal Assistant, preferably within Litigation.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of procedural law within the litigation specialty.
• Draft and prepare complex legal documents and pleadings.
• Prepare and file court documents, including e-filings.
• Gather information and conduct research related to litigation matters.
• Manage files and client information.

Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office
