A well-respected personal injury firm is seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury and insurance litigation, with experience in property loss claims strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury and insurance litigation experience.
• Experience with property loss claims strongly preferred.
• Strong drafting, written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Trial experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and other legal documents.
• Manage discoveries, mediations, pre-trials, motions and settlement negotiations.
• Assist a senior practitioner with complex litigation matters.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely progression of cases.
