Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a litigation role.
• Experience handling claims related to automobile personal injury, occupiers' liability, construction, and professional negligence.

Responsibilities

• Defend litigation claims in automobile personal injury; occupiers' liability; construction; professional negligence.
• Provide support and legal opinions to Claims.
• Handle all aspects of litigation from pleadings to examinations for discovery, motions, settlements, and trials.
