Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of legal assistant or law clerk experience in insurance defence or personal injury litigation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft correspondence and legal documents (statements of defence, memos, subpoenas).
• Summarize discovery notes, transcripts, and medical reports.
• Maintain calendar and file organization; liaise with counsel and external parties.
